Young people are not the “future of the church”—they are the church today! FLC is a safe, nurturing place for all children, and we believe their contributions to our life of faith are essential to who we are as a community.

Young people have many opportunities for living out their faith at FLC. They are welcome to use their gifts in worship as musicians, acolytes, readers, assisting ministers, and ushers.

FLC and St. Stephen's Episcopal Church offer a joint youth group for high school students called OASIS. It includes dinner, open conversation about tough issues, service projects, and fun times with a bunch of great people. OASIS meets at St. Stephen's (70 S. Common Ave. in Lynn) on the 2nd and 4th Fridays of the month from 6:30-9:00 PM.
